Welcome to Lush & Luxe Beauty Spa. By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. 

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your treatment to allow for check-in and preparation.

2. 

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require 6 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

3. 

Payments

We accept cash, EFT, and supported card/mobile payments.

Prices are subject to change without notice based on treatment type, therapist, or duration.

No refunds will be issued for completed treatments. If you’re unsatisfied, please speak to management immediately.

4. 

Medical Conditions & Contraindications

Please notify your therapist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your treatment.

Certain services (e.g. chemical peels, waxing) may not be suitable for all clients. Lush & Luxe Spa reserves the right to decline or reschedule treatments based on medical history.

For high-risk or advanced treatments, a consultation and signed consent may be required.

5. 

Group Bookings & Events

Group spa days or event bookings require a deposit and signed agreement.

Cancellation policies will vary depending on the group size and treatments.

Lush & Luxe reserves the right to adjust time slots, rooms, or staffing based on availability.

6. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

They must be used before the expiration date.

Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.

7. 

Minors & Accompaniment

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for certain treatments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to minors without proper consent.

Privacy & Security

All personal information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy]. We never share your data without your consent.

9. 

Right to Refuse Service

Lush & Luxe reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client demonstrating inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

10. 

Liability

While every care is taken during treatments, Lush & Luxe Beauty Spa will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or results if:

Proper pre- or post-care was not followed

Medical information was withheld

Products were misused outside of the spa
